First of all, thank's for publishing those detailed information, but do you also know how the song (0:52-1:24 in the trailer) is called? or is it just a part of one of the enhaced versions of the other songs?

DeleteIf you should also be interested in the music of the first half: from minute 0:00 to 0:33 of the trailer, 'Helen Jane Long - The Aviators' can be heard, and from minute 1:00 to minute 1:14 the track 'Sub Pub Music - Shining Hope' (MikroMatique)' is played. (Last track is production music.)
If I should get to know the regarding song, perhaps I'll create a new post for the trailer.

Can't say if this is really a (modified version of a) track from the OST. The soundtrack to Pan will be probably released next week, then it should be clearer.

Guys I think there's another song in there...I think it's mixed with New Life...It's called Gathering of the Clans by Audiomachine
Delete@William Thank you for your comment, interesting notice and find - it seems though that they also used an (enhanced / modified) instrumental version of 'New Life' here (and perhaps sth. else from minute 1:27 to 1:32, but I guess that's also part of that track). That might have resembled to 'Gathering of the Clans'. But thanks again for the notice, that part of the trailer (music) didn't seem to have striked my attention. (Or perhaps I though it was all part of an enhanced version of 'New Life'.)

ReplyDeleteHello, sorry for the late reply. I don't know this unfortunately. Because of the scene description I'd have thought perhaps of the 'Smells Like Teen Spirit' cover from the soundtrack. Someone else though commented here below that it wouldn't be that song. Does this track contain also singing or only music?

Is that because it's not an official song? I mean some songs in the movie or commercials are made only for the certain scenes. Please find that songs! Thanks.

Regarding the choir songs - well, there are the tracks 'Smells Like Teen Spirit' and 'Blitzkrieg Bop' from the soundtrack, which are sung by the cast of 'Pan' as it seems and the Capital Children’s Choir (and perhaps also the choir group Metro Voices?). The movie also contains the songs 'Short Change Hero' by the Capital Children’s Choir & Metro Voices, and 'Irish Blessing' by The African Children’s Choir. Perhaps those are the ones you are looking for. Both tracks don't seem to be publicly available. I hope this information helps.
