    1. Hello, I don't know this yet. If I should get more info here, I'll let you know. (And if the song is publicly available, I'll make a new post for the tv spot.)

    2. Addition to my last post: You're referring with your question to this tv spot from Singapore I guess? -> http://youtu.be/CUpA186Awqs Because the trailer in the post above is actually the US trailer.

    3. Hello, the singer Merethe Soltvedt did the cover of 'Welcome to the Jungle.' The song isn't available (yet), but a full version could be perhaps released on her YouTube Channel.

    1. I've listened to 'Neon Jungle - Welcome To The Jungle', but this doesn't seem to be the one they used in the tv spot.

  3. This cannot be Neon Jungle. The song used in the trailer is a very slow and eerie version of Welcome to the Jungle. Neon Jungle is very fast.

    1. Reminds me a bit of what Placebo did with Running Up That Hill. I hope there'll be a full length video of this Welcome To the Jungle cover up on youtube soon!

  6. Hello, I've got some news regading the 'Welcome to the Jungle' song: Someone from the IMDb forum found out that the singer Merethe Soltvedt did the cover. She made a post on her Facebook page a few days ago about the tv spot. In a reply under that post she says, I quote:

'Thank you so much for your response to this! I´m gobsmacked! I´ve been getting a lot of questions about whether or not this version of Welcome to the Jungle will be available for downloads. I´m afraid that is up to the Guns ´n´ Roses Publisher and politics.. so the only way that´s gonna happen is if enough people request it. We may be able to post the full version on Youtube, so stay tuned. ;-)'

So we know now who did the cover, and maybe the song will be released on YouTube. If this should be the case - or the song will be released in an other way - then I'll probably make a new post for this.

    1. Hello again with an update for the update: Merethe Soltvedt posted a few days ago at her Facebook account, that they can't release the 'Welcome to the Jungle' cover, although they'd really like to. She also writes here: 'Hopefully down the line, but not right now.' Don't know if that means there's still the possibility of a future release, but I rather doubt that will happen. But who knows.

    2. And hello again again: Got some good (and bad?) news for everyone who's (been) looking for the cover of 'Welcome To The Jungle': Merethe Soltvedt has published the track on her YouTube channel, you can find it here: https://youtu.be/lVAJP4Y9RCk. The only (small) catch here might be that the cover itself is quite short with a length of 1:45 minutes, and there is no other / full version of the song. But hey, the track is not bad and it's great that she was finally able to release it on YouTube.
