of 'Uncharted 4: A Thief's End', the track used here is 'The Hit House - Nathan's
Brain', a (production music) cover of the song 'Where Is My Mind' by The Pixies.
Not to be confused with the piano cover version done by Maxence Cyrin - its
beginning seems to have a certain resemblance to the one of the former. You
can currently listen to a preview version of 'Nathan's Brain' at the SoundCloud
page of The Hit House, who want to release the full version there quite soon
(which is said to mean here sometime between the end of 2015 and the
beginning of 2016). / Update (09.01.16): 'The Hit House' has finally released
an extendend version of the track on Soundcloud (sounds partially perhaps
a bit different than the teaser version).

DeleteI guess you're looking for the music of this -> https://youtu.be/TfUweyvV5a4 I don't know if or where this track is (or will be) available - I'd rather guess it's currently not - but if I'm not mistaken then this is not on the soundtrack of the game.
