Well how about starting this with a 'Hello' for a start. I don't know what tracks have been used in this promo for Oscar nominated shorts. If you want you can try and contact ShortsTV, who originally released this video, and ask them if they perhaps could provide some info here.
Addition (correction?) to my last reply, regarding the video release: Apparently Movieclips Trailers released this shortly before ShortsTV on their YouTube channel - the video is still from the latter (as can be seen of course at the beginning of it). Perhaps the first release was on the website of ShortsTV.
